Appointments

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking and comes off your total service. Arrive 15 minutes early for a first visit (consent forms) and 5 minutes early after that.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Changes must be made at least 48 hours ahead. A 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancelled paid bookings are exchanged for a gift voucher rather than refunded.

Late Arrival & Vouchers

More than 15 minutes late and the appointment is cancelled — the deposit is forfeited and rebooking is required. Vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days, or a 50% fee applies.
